8. 30-Day Right to Cancel and Refund Policy

Under Irish and EU consumer law, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

In addition, Byrnemcguire Workwear & Sportswear Limited offers an extended 30-day refund policy, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect
